1. Agreement to Terms

This application is provided by Rickety Software Ltd. Your use of this application is governed by the standard Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). By installing and using the Dispatch, you acknowledge that the contract is between you and Rickety Software Ltd, not Apple.

2. Subscriptions

The Daily Dispatch is supported by auto-renewing subscriptions. Payment will be charged to your Apple Account at the confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

3. Content & AI

The news summaries provided in this app are synthesised using artificial intelligence. While we strive for accuracy, these summaries are transformative in nature and provided for informational purposes only. We encourage users to verify important information through the original sources linked within the app.

4. Intellectual Property

All editorial content, mastheads, and design elements within the app remain the property of Rickety Software Ltd. You may not redistribute or commercially exploit the summaries provided without our express permission.
